Today, media generations are using a content as two-way communication as a means of routine action. Also, they are using the contents actively expressed about self-expression rather than passively accepting the message. They are active in there experiences and thoughts to share with others and enjoying a pleasure. In this social phenomenon of the media age, users are not using the content alone, through sharing with others on a variety of platforms, expanding the content consumption, and reproduction. Large-scale supply of smart devices and media appearance based on the smart devices are that webtoon became a rapid growth contents out of a number of internet-based content. Behavior of two-way communication for contents presents new development model to webtoon. In addition, game and film take enormous production costs to make the high-quality content, whereas webtoon takes advantage of the relatively low cost of content creation, various kinds of work contents, popularity, and consumer satisfaction. So, in the smart media environment, webtoon is being supply contents at the fastest rate and trend to increase the consumer rapidly. This study based on the comic is analysis of comic industry, developing direction, suggesting changes in environmental change of cultural information. I propose that it is not only out of level simply be read but also developed in various types of products, can be reproduce the content industry, and expanding in various forms beyond the cartoon content area.
