Based on the intangible heritage productive protection perspective , this essay analysizes the comprehensive value of traditional festival culture (include four aspects : economic , cultural , political , ecological ) , and puts forward some comprehensive suggestions from the culture resource development angle . The paper launches from the following three aspects . First , the creative classification of traditional festival culture resource can be divided into material culture resources , mental culture resouces and celebrity culture resources . Among them , celebrity culture resources is a comprehensive cultural resources include both elements of material cultural and intangible cultural. Second , to recognition traditional festival resources , it can build a complete traditional festival image system from three aspects : visual identitying (material level) , behavior identifying (standardize system level) and concept identifying(spiritual conception level). Third , traditional festival culture resource use pattern , based on space produce perspective , territorial exploitation pattern and enclave exploitation pattern can be carried out separately.
