Report Errors
The purpose of this study was to the mediation effect of career self-regulation between career barrier and career prepare behavior. Data were collected from 240 students sampled from universities in seoul, Gyeonggi, and Chungbuk province, korea. The survey instruments used for this study were the korean college students" career barrier inventory, the career self regulation, and the career preparation behavior. The statistical method employed for the data analyses were correlations, t-test, SEM by using by Spss 18.0 Programs. The results provided as follows. First, in career preparation behavior according to career barrier and career self regulation, there were statistically significant differences between upper class and lower class. It was found that average of the lower class of career barrier, and of the upper class of career self regulation were high. Second career self regulation was found to mediate and had positive impact on relations between career barrier and career preparation behavior. In addition, the implications of the study on the basis of these results and the limitations and future research directions are discussed.
