In this paper, we use index for measuring homogeneous distribution of political funds in the 19<SUP>th</SUP> Korean National Assembly Election which includes region homogeneity as well as party homogeneity. This study uses the National Election Commission’s official political finance data for the 19<SUP>th</SUP> National Assembly Election to analyze homogeneous distribution of Campaign finance income, campaign expenditure, and campaign contribution. The empirical results indicate that Saenuri Party shows heterogeneous distribution of political funds in Gwangju and Jeonnam provinces. On the other hand, Democratic United Party and Liberty Forward Party show the most heterogeneous distribution in Daegu and Gyeongbuk provinces. The results also show that the campaign contribution has an influence on homogeneous distribution of political funds, comparing candidates’ assets and funds provided by parties which are another classified election finance. In addition, The results show that regional homogeneity index of political funds has the lowest score at Yeungnam, Honam, and Choongchung provinces.
