Development of society has brought change to consumption patters of people. As a result, various contents provided in one place to enjoy which called mixed-up commercial complexes now become a new trend of shopping center. As a place people spend much time and stay, internal streets within mixed-up commercial complexes have also become a public space that lots of strategic planning could be carried out. one of these is advertising equipments. By the development of digital and information technology, advertising equipments are now mostly digitalized which generally called digital signage. The purpose of this study is to understand what kind of digital signage is installed in internal streets within mixed-up commercial complexes, and analysis the correlativity between digital signage and internal streets. The method of this study is first to understand the construction and functions of internal streets. Second, study the types of digital signage and investigate 4 mixed-up commercial complexes cases chosen in Seoul. Then compare and analysis digital signage"s types and installed location. In conclusion, number of digital signage shown in internal streets digital kiosk are the most, then LCD digital sign, LED digital screen. And by the construction, types of digital signage were similarly installed through all cases. Also, contents displayed on digital Signage were getting more various. In mixed-up commercial complexes, digital signage were Installed plently and strategically.
