With development of IT(Information Technology), many people have digital devices such as smart phones and PC(Personal Computer), therefore ability to use digital has become more important day by day, more so with the advent of the Post-COVID-19 era in 2020, non-contact digital service capabilities have become important. The importance of digital use capability is being emphasized further as digital services consisting of double faces have been transformed from optional elements to essential elements. However, due to the background of the times, the lack of opportunities to understanding and utilization of the digital environment, the absence of systematic education programs, indifference, and fears of digital use caused difficulties in digital use. There is a need to improve digital literacy to deal with and communicate problems through critical judgment and selection, understanding, and use. Nevertheless, it appears that the unified digital education space and non-universal programs present difficulties in access and interest in education. Therefore, the elements for improving “digital literacy” are exhibiting and information on new products and technologies for understanding the digital environment of modern life, and digital devices. Therefore service utilization, digital information education, digital lifestyle experience, digital play and leisure activities provided, and provided together with various education, experience, practice, and play spaces of the digital flagship store, eliminating the feeling of deprivation and alienation in the digital environment. With the aim of proactively participating socially and culturally as a member of a society living in a digital society by inducing a natural approach, familiarity, and interest, the intention is to present the spatial plan and direction of the digital flagship store.
