Although China has a long history of active rhetoric moves from ancient times, its own rhetoric tradition has not been conceptualized and systemized. This study has a presumption that China has accumulated rhetoric history enough to get it theoretically-systemized. Therefore, main focus is put on Confucius rhetoric idea, academic pioneer, attributed to Chinese ideology and views on the world. Confucius rhetoric has a clear goal of persuasion, different from Western rhetoric.
Confucius has a strong ethical tendency to speak the right thing and keep the form to maintain it. Thus, Confucius is highly considered as guideline to heal twisted incidents to the contemporary from the ancient times.
