This paper analyzes the pattern of error of the formal type [nai] form of noun sentences and adjective sentences, and examines the strategy on [nai] form of output for the Korean learners of Japanese language. The first survey shows the rate of error of [nai] form in the order of noun sentence 〈 i adjective sentence 〈 na adjective sentence. To correct the error of [nai] form, inflection rule for noun sentence and na adjective sentence and inflection rule for i adjective sentence were distinguished and explained; then shadowing practice was carried out before a test. The result shows there was decrease in the error of [nai] type/form in almost all parts of speech. However, i adjective sentence had highest rate of error of [nai] form compared to noun sentence and na adjective sentence. As the reports of previous research, learning of [nai] form of i adjective sentence seems to take the longest time. In case of Korean learners of Japanese language, there is interference of the mother tongue in [nai] form of noun sentence, and they use [additional] strategy of using 「jyanai」 in [nai] type/form of i adjective sentence and 「∅ nai」 in [nai] form of na adjective sentence.
