In this study we compare and analyze the perspective of V. Lenin and A. Bogdanov on ‘the culture and subject’ based on the understanding of their philosophy. The contents of the study were divided into two themes. First of all, we consider the difference of the philosophical position between the two thinkers in the social and political context at the time of the Russian Revolution. There is analyzed in relation to the dialectical materialism of Lenin and the empiriomonism and the tectology of Bogdanov. The second topic is the understanding of the subject of social change and their culture during the October Revolution. Here we approached to the problems of ‘cultural and subject" in accordance with the theory of Lenin and Bogdanov. Bogdanov claimed to make proletarian culture that distinguishes itself from traditional culture. Lenin argued connection through partisanship between traditional and new cultures. By "cultural program" of Bogdanov, if the subject of the revolution depends on the culture of the past, the political reform will not continue. Lenin did not have a certain cultural theoretical framework. But Lenin"s theory of "vanguard party" and the proletariat can be applied to areas of culture. Through this search, Lenin"s "cultural theory" can be reframed. According to this, it may be obtained hypothesis to create proletarian culture which is independent of bourgeois culture and does not yet exist and "given from the outside" in connection with the class interests. In this regard, the concept of "theory of collectivistic culture" of Bogdanov and "externality" of Lenin may be reviewed again.
