-Is Aizi Fables written by Sushi? Many researchers have tried to identify the author of Aizi Fables, but all in vain. Kong Fanli claims that Sushi writes Aizi Fables when he edits Collection of Sushi’s Works in 1986. Zhu Jinghua, another Sushi expert, also claims the same in several articles. There is, however, a possibility of uncertainty in their claims. In this paper, the arguments of those two scholars’ were examined and challenged. The themes and contents of Aizi Fables and other Sushi’s works are compared and significant differences are identified to propose that Aizi Fables is probably not Sushi’s work. For example, Sushi uses to base his writings on allusion to historical events of anecdotes. But Aizi Fables is totally fictional stories. Also, contents of Sushi’s works are philosophical and contemplative while Aizi Fables are entertaining. And it was discovered that there are 70 words in Aizi Fables which have not been used in Sushi’s other works. This is another proof that Sushi is not the real author of Aizi Fables. This study concludes that Aizi Fables is not a work of Sushi’s following previous analysis.
