The purpose of this study is to identify the influence on the propensity for the achievement objective, self-management behavior and recognized performance of National Players with Disabilities based on Incheon 2014 Asian Para Games. Using convenience sampling method of non-probability sampling method, this study selected the group of 186 national champion players with disabilities those who prepare for Incheon 2014 Asian Para Games in Icheon disability training center, and except for insincere 7 materials, total 179 materials were used in final analysis. Using inspection procedure SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 through frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and path analysis, this study concluded as follow. First, the propensity for the achievement objective of national players with disabilities’ has an influence on positive effect to self-management behavior. Second, the self-management behavior of national players with disabilities’ has and influence on positive effect to recognized performance. Third, the propensity for the achievement objective of national players with disabilities’ has an influence on positive effect to recognized performance. That is, analyzing the effect of the propensity for the achievement objective of national champion with disabilities on self-management behavior and recognized performance, self-management behavior is being served as incomplete medium, this study figured out that three factors have positive relationships.
