The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of a combined exercise program on body composition, physical strength, blood lipids, laptin and hormone in obese middle school student. The study was conducted for 12 weeks and the values were monitored before and after the combined exercise program to propose obesity treatment and provide scientific data for development of effective exercise prescription. The combined exercise program has positive effects on decreasing weights and BMI and increasing muscle, and low-intensity combined exercise program also has the positive effects on densities of TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and TC in obese middle school students. However, there is no significant result about Leptin. By analyzing results, more than 1 hour of low-intensity combined exercise program for at least 4 days a week is recommended to effectively enhance physical strength for obese students.
