The purpose of this study was investigation difference in the recovery of after acute anaerobic exercise on antioxidant enzymes(SOD, CAT, MDA,). The subjects of this study were 30 males in their 20s with to participate in after acute anaerobic exercise taken as research subjects, the research was performed upon 10 person of ice therapy recovery group, 10 persons of massage recovery group and 10 person of dynamic cool-down recovery group depending on the difference of recovery after acute anaerobic exercise. As a result of the research, SOD showed significant increase in ice therapy recovery group, massage recovery group and dynamic cool-down recovery group after the acute anaerobic exercise, and ice therapy recovery group and massage recovery group showed higher values than dynamic cool-down recovery group. CAT showed significant increase in ice therapy recovery group and massage recovery group after the acute anaerobic exercise, but no significant difference dynamic cool-down recovery group, and ice therapy recovery group and massage recovery group showed higher values than dynamic cool-down recovery group. MDA showed significant decrease in ice therapy recovery group and massage recovery group after the acute anaerobic exercise and ice therapy recovery group showed higher values than dynamic cool-down recovery group. Therefore, as the degree of oxidation damage in relation to acute anaerobic exercise is very likely to depend on whether and in what type ice therapy recovery and massage recovery is done, practice of ice therapy recovery and massage recovery effective by exercise types also is considered as a method to prevent oxidation damage.
