The purpose of this study was investigation difference in the recovery of after acute aerobic exercise on antioxidant enzymes(SOD, CAT, GPx) The subjects of this study were 27 males in their 20s with to participate in after acute aerobic exercise taken as research subjects, the research was performed upon 9 person of dynamic cool-down group, 9 persons of stretching groyup and 9 person of stabilizing rest group depending on the difference of recovery after acute aerobic exercise. As a result of the research, SOD showed significant increase in dynamic cool-down group and stretching cool-down group after the acute aerobic exercise, but no significant difference stabilizing rest group, and dynamic cool-down group showed higher values than stabilizing rest group. CAT showed significant increase in dynamic cool-down group and stretching cool-down group after the acute aerobic exercise, but no significant difference stabilizing rest group, and dynamic cool-down and stretching cool-down group showed higher values than stabilizing rest group. GPx showed significant increase in dynamic cool-down group and stretching cool-down group after the acute aerobic exercise and dynamic cool-down group showed higher values than stabilizing rest group. Therefore, as the degree of oxidation damage in relation to acute aerobic exercise is very likely to depend on whether and in what type cool-down exercise is done, practice of effective cool-down exercise by exercise types also is considered as a method to prevent oxidation damage.
