Qualitative research method in sport pedagogy field have been increased at a rapid speed. The purpose of this study is to overview the techniques and considerations of the qualitative research method in sport pedagogy. The major qualitative research methods, techniques and considerations are identified. The main data collection and data analysis techniques are identified and classified. The qualitative data collection techniques introduces that can be used to systematically investigate an area of focus. These techniques include observation, interviews, documents etc. The qualitative data analysis and interpretation techniques that provides guidelines and techniques for data analysis(the attempt to fully and accurately summarize and represent the data that has been collected) and data interpretation(the attempt to find meaning in that data). The considerations of qualitative research which are is the hypothesis setting, the participant, validity, reliability, generalizability etc. are persent. It addresses the importance of ways to assure the quality of qualitatively oriented the research. In addition, here is describes the ethical issues that confront researchers and suggest a series of ethical guideposts to help ensure that the research is undertaken in an ethical manner.
