This study was to introduce a basic information about middle school P.E. teachers’ teaching effectiveness. It was conducted to improve their teaching skills and to provide feedback to the learners by analyzing the types and frequency of middle school P.E. classes. Four P.E. teachers were selected using convenience sampling method after recording their classes in three cities in Gyunggi province in Korea. Feedback Analysis Profile (FAP) was used to analyze their feedback in their classes with students. First, the middle school P.E. teacher immediately provided corrective-general feedback to the students after the completion of the analysis. Second, feedback from middle school P.E. teachers towards their students will be provided which have a strong power to correct students’ inaccuracies In addition, the language they use mainly had negative expressions and provided simple and general feedback towards the students. Therefore, middle school P.E. teachers lack the interest in quantitative and qualitative feedback. Moreover, they could obtain the results of the learners from the learning effort that was required to bring out the conclusion. Based on the results of this study, there’s a need to continue to follow up on the feedback provided by the teachers. Then the qualitative and quantitative feedback would be expected to improve.
