The purpose of this study is to density management based on regional characteristics of 5 raged areas. First, This study analyzed to consider the various regional areas in order to consider a variety of regional characteristics and principal component analysis. And in order to discriminate different cluster types analysis utilizing principal component scores were performed. 5 Cluster types analysis Low-rise residential area, a large number of floating population, high population density, high-density residential areas, residential areas, commercial and business district, the center features local. Second, regional characteristics and density of cluster types were characterized. Third, this study suggests management Plan to maintain the density and small residential environment improvement projects, including complex development is proposed.
As a result of density managament were types of Maintain long-term, short-term retention, long-term induction, short-term induction according to regional characteristics of 5 raged areas.
