In modern society, as the material civilization develops to a high degree and a life environment becomes complex, various kinds of social problems deepen qualitatively as well as quantitatively because of the change of social phenomenon ;a materialism, a selfishness and a stratified difficulties; and crimes become cruel, sophisticated, specialized. As a result, government have reached the limit of not guaranteeing personal security. Human has a security desire. That is a basic desire of human. Security Service is a method of meeting that need and keeping public orders.
Security Service is to protect the person against the various kinds of risks. And Security Service Martial Arts is the basic ability that security guard must have to protect the target efficiently.
In this study, the first purpose of this thesis is to find the relevance and to apply the practical application between close contact guard activity and security service martial arts through examples. The second purpose of this thesis is to find an appropriate selection of guard techniques and security service martial arts in contingencies
Practical cases ; Asia-Europe Meeting an event of Yook Young Soo ,Park jung hee"s wife, was killed, an event of Regan was killed, an event of Park Geun Hye was attacked, an event of Rabin, the prime minister of Israel, was killed. ; used for analysis of this study. In this study practical security activities has been made in that events and the importance of security service martial arts are dealt with. risk management method
According to the case analysis, the result is a practical application of security service martial arts applied close contact guard.
First. Close contact guard must be performed based on security principle.
Second. In contingencies, security service must be used according to the procedures after SCE principle is carried out.
Third. Security guard must use a security service martial arts not splendid, complex but simple, moderate skills.
Fourth. As a foreboding security service, a guard should develop an ability of meeting the emergency situation through security service martial arts.
Fifth. Security service martial arts must be performed fit to the rapidly changing security circumstance.
