Though our philosophers have studied of the relation of Kant and Hegel in the various parts of german idealism, they have hardly treated this problem in the viewpoint of possession theory. Particularly there are many writings which they criticized Kant on the part of Hegel. But there are hardly writings which were brought out the closeness of Kant and Hegel in the sharp relief, furthermore estimated Hegel on the part of Kant. With this critical mind, this article will treat the difference between Kant-Hegel possession theory and the occupation or labor theory of modern times. And this article will treat the similarity and difference between Kant and Hegel. Furthermore this article will treat the parts opposite to each other. First of all, this article will reveal the fact that Kant"s position is close to Hegel"s position with analyzing of the distinguishing empirical occupation and intelligible occupation, and with treating the concept of original contraction, communio possesionis orginaria, and united will. They will harmonize private possession and public justice, and individual right and state. Nevertheless, this article will show that Kant"s regulative principle is opposite to Hegel"s dialectic principle, and will estimate the merits and demerits of them.
