This study was conducted to examine the impact of the perception difference of choice attributes of customers and congestion in buffet restaurant on behavior intentions. This study tried to establish it theoretically through previous studies and conducted the empirical analysis with research model and hypothesis. Two hypotheses were set based on the theoretical background. First, one was to examine whether there were any significant differences in choice attributes of customers in buffet restaurant Second, one was to analyze the extent of impact of congestion perception in buffet restaurant on behavior intentions. In order to verify theses hypotheses, questionnaire was made based on previous studies. Pre-trained investigators conducted the survey targeting customers using buffet restaurant in Daejeon area from June 1st to June 30th in 2011.A total of 300 copies were distributed and 256 copies were returned. Among them, a total of 238 copies excluding unfaithful and inconsistent answered questionnaire was used for empirical analysis. Results to verify the hypothesis presented through research model showed there was partial difference in perception of choice attributes of customers in buffet restaurant and congestion perception affected the behavior intentions.
