Report Errors
At its 39 session, electronic commerce working group had planned to propose electronic conventions to be considered from the perspective of CISG, and also to propose to draft on omnibus convention to remove barriers to electronic commerce in existing international conventions. But as a result, working group had legislated convention to establish the broadest possible scope of application, while allowing states for which a broad scope of application might not be describe to make declaration, aimed at reducing the extent of convention, and to include both proposals of working group.
Final provisions are very important because they are related to mainly and closely connection with scope of application. Therefore, without full understanding of them, business men who use electronic communications under CUECIC(Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts) does not make doubly secure to the field of oversea’s trade.
Until now, there are nothing particularly to raise a question and problems in argument.
