This study has been made for addressing the different needs of enterprises at every growth stage. An Enterprise which succeeds in its business has gone through some growth stages from a small business to a medium-sized business, a large company and a conglomerate multinational company. Whenever enterprise has gone through every stage, the system of enterprise should be changed and the controled system at every stage also should be modified, the needs of enterprise at every equivalent stage would become different Also, it is assuming that enterprise has different needs at every growing stage, the proper corporate strategy to fulfill the needs would exist. on the premise of this assumption, it has been examined whether the hypothesis, hierarchy of personal needs is applied to the growth stages of enterprise. For this, Maslow"s Hierarchy of Needs has been examined. And it has been ascertained whether there is the level of needs corresponding with Maslow"s hierarchy of needs on the stages of enterprise"s growth, using behavioral science theory And it has been investigated what kind of adequate corporate strategies are in the enterprise"s hierarchy of needs, being classified the core strategy on every stage of needs by the supporting strategies which are supporting the core strategy. And to justify the objective validity of this study, case-study method has been used. The summary of the result about these studies runs as follows. First, in theoretical aspect, the behavioral science theory has been examined to prove that the human"s needs can be the organization"s needs, which has been demonstrated through case-study. There are five different levels in Maslow"s Hierarchy of needs. The First is physiological needs, the second is security needs, the third is affiliation needs, the forth is esteem needs, and the fifth is self-actualization needs. Corresponding to this there is enterprise"s hierarchy of needs. The first is survival needs, second is stable growth needs, third is expansion needs, forth is integration needs, and the last is culture needs. Second, the conclusion that there is the simultaneous strategy could be gained. It has been come to know that the adequate core corporate strategies are different at every stage. For instance, in the survival needs, the justice management has been used as the core strategy. And in the stage of stable growth needs, functional strategy should be pursued; in the stage of expansion needs, multidivisional strategy; in the stage of integration needs, business ethic strategy; in the stage of culture needs, business approach culture strategy. Third, it is desirable that strategies applied in every stage should be divided into core strategy and Support strategy. In each stage, there is single strategy. But there could be several minor strategies which Supports the core strategy. Forth, there is a different opinion about Maslow"s Hierarchy of Needs: It is usually accepted that physiological needs is the first stage, but it is considered that the next four stages appear not in order but in jumble. However, in the process of analyzing the needs to the growth stage of corporation, the needs corporations are more simultaneous rather than those in person. The limitation of this study is that case-study is used as positive analysis. Therefore, if experimental design as the method for analyzing this hypothesis will be examined and investigated, this study will be more meaningful.
