Korean government announced system of "reconstruction-development profit redemption" It is indicate to like a primary factor of essential impossibility to reconstruction-development business. Because reconstruction housing market hasn't thesis by supplier's fund. The major results of the research from problem of reconstruction housing market are summarized as follows: 1) Change period of selection of construction-company, 2) Operation post construction system, 3) System of Reconstruction-development profit redemption.
And reconstruction-development housing-complex have several character. However, it needs to raise business fund for reconstruction-development union's business work. So this study is judge to each problem under the Reconstruction Housing Market Effected by the Revision of the Law from government. And this model of case study for raise business fund of reconstruction development may be profitably used as a supporting means for evaluating of a feasibility study and the project planning of reconstruction business.
The objective of this study will be provides comprehensive information of raise business fund for reconstruction-development business.
