Purpose: The purpose of this study were to develop, implement, and evaluate the program reinforcing university students' healthy views on marriage and children-bearing. Method: This methodological study was done as follows. At first, the four-week program was developed through literature review and then modified according to professional advisory committee. Secondly, 390 students from 4 university in Korea participated and completed the questionnaire developed by Joo(2002) and modified by authors. Collected date were statistically processed on the computer using SPSS 17.0 program by descriptive statistics and t-test. Results: After 4-week program, there were significant differences on students' views about marriage, gender role, child-caring, and family(t=-5.67, p= ＜.000; t=-3.22, p= .001: t=-2.91, p= .004: t=-5.71, p= ＜.000). In addition, the results of the assessment on the program, there were significant differences on the domain of usefulness, effectiveness, and positive change of their thinking. Conclusion: These results suggested that this program could be alternatives educating and reinforcing students' view on marriage, child-caring, and family against low fertility and population aging in Korea. Additionally, on the basis of this study, it is necessary to study qualitative researches on adolescents' and early-adults' views of marriage and family for further understanding about the age of marriage.
