This paper studies the parity and solutions of the Harmonized Commodity Description Coding System on 2007 Version.
The ultimate goal of the Harmonized Commodity Description Coding System is to facilitate international trade, the comparison and analysis of statistics, the standardization of trade documentation and the transmission of data.
As results, the revision of HS system is not only made use of in the process of custom declaration, registration of custom reduction and divided payment, and refund registration, but also is used as a basic material to establish government's economic and trading policies.
