Now that neoliberalistic finance capitalism that started from the United States collapses, the entire world is awakened to think about market fundamentalism again. The world again emphasizes the necessity and role of appropriate regulations from the government; it also begun to have in depth discussions on new system of capitalism where the value of community is recovered. In 2007, Korea Development Institute(KDI) with some scholars proposed the development of the Communal Capitalism, which is defined as the capitalism that individual economic incentives are guaranteed at maximum and free-will sharing and thanksgiving movement through creative methods become a culture and the Economy of Grace. This is under the economic justice that is based on the Integrity and God-given rights of the socially weak people to make “a community where everyone lives better and healthier". The key success factor for the Communal Capitalism is enhancement of the Social Enterprise which has the fundamental spirit of using the business power to create the better world. This paper studies the importance of the Communal Capitalism as the enhancement of the social enterprise and also analyzes the successful model of the Social Enterprises.
