This research's purpose is to analyze the influence of the value perception of Taekwondo dance meet on meet identification, meet satisfaction and region public relations.
The subjects of the study were 281 people who participated in Wellbeing Taekwondo dance meet 2008 and the samples of 281 were extracted by using the purposive sampling method.
The questionnaire consisted of 31 items, that is, 6 items of personal characteristics, 9 items of the value perception of Taekwondo dance, 7 items of the value perception of meet, 5 items of meet identification, 4 items of region public relations and was recomposed on the basis of the questionnaire which was used in the studies of Unchan Park(2008) and Dongkyun Park(2002).
In order to analyze data, frequency analysis, t-test, oneway-ANOVA, Regression analysis was used by utilizing SPSS 12.0 program.
The results are as follows :
First, the analysis of the value perception of Taekwondo dance meet and Taekwondo dance by personal characteristics shows that there didn't appear significant differences in terms of 'age' and 'whether they participated in Taekwondo dance meet before', and only 'whether they participated in Taekwondo dance before' influenced significantly on value perception. Also 'age' and 'occupation' influenced significantly on value perception.
Second, the value perception of Taekwondo dance meet and Taekwondo dance influenced on meet identification.
Third, the value perception of Taekwondo dance meet and Taekwondo dance influenced on meet satisfaction.
Fourth, the value perception of Taekwondo dance meet and Taekwondo dance influenced on region image.
