In this study, it is to suggest improvement ideas of semi-industry zones through the management situations and measures of those in Gyeonggi province. It maximizes their own systematic potential in parallel with reviewing the type of surrounding location to spatial aspect, spatial interaction and the relationship between industry zones and was provided to improve as follows. First of all, the urban comprehensive plan is based on the direction of the city's growth goles and need to set the direction of management in semi-industry zone. Second, it will be necessary to do urban regeneration in semi-industry zone. Third, the overall area designate as the first of district unit plan then developed, maintained and managed. Also, it was restored to the origin and new function in poor condition areas. Throughout, it has to improve the quality of living environment and to make a pleasant work environment of outdated industrial facilities. Thus, it is hoped us will be able to make a based on the local industry, providing some much-needed support to the battered regional development. And it is required to enable the industry to minimize conflict between land-use and the element of industry. As a result, this study is to prevent in advance problems of the semi-industry zone, which can be caused by the factory move. In order to do that it should be avoided being privatized profits in the moving area and the sub area. and continue to make efforts to ensure that systematic land of public facilities the public of environmental maintenance of transitional zones
