The importance of sociology of law has been increasing for the purpose of finding out and acquisition of right law in the jurisprudence.
And yet, they do not recognize the essence of sociology of law, let alone the recognition of the importance of sociology of law in Korea jurisprudence world.
And these phenomena are not desirable for the sincere development of the jurisprudence.
Hereupon I am going to arrange the essence of sociology of law and introduce the importance of sociology of law in modern jurisprudence to Korea jurisprudence world through this thesis.
The contents of this thesis are as follow.
Ⅰ. Introduction
Ⅱ. The Essence of Sociology of Law
1. Meaning
(1) Conceptual Significance
(2) Formal Concept
2. Major Fields of Sociology of Law
3. Sociology of Law and Other Fields of jurisprudence
Ⅲ. Sociology of Law and Modern jurisprudence
1. Prologue
2. New Tendency of jurisprudence
3. Contribution and Limit of Sociology of Law
Ⅳ. Conclusion
