This study, we aimed to investigate the causal relationship between stressor, stress symptoms and deviant behavior. So we generally hypothesized that stressor effect to stress symptoms and deviant behavior, while stress symptoms impact to deviant behavior.
The data were collected from foreign laborer in Korea. The databases dated from May 20 to June 10, 2006. The methods of ANOVA and path analysis were applied to analyze the data.
The results were as follows:
First, Psychological resources as stressor influenced significant all of stress symptoms but not influenced deviant behavior.
Second, Anxiety symptoms as stress symptoms influenced significantly on deviant behavior, but others symptoms effect not significant on deviant behavior.
Third, Individual's resources as stressor only influenced significantly on Anxiety symptoms.
From these results we can conclude that anxiety symptoms as stress symptoms are significantly correlated to deviant behavior.
