The purpose of this study examined the effects of health-related exercise program on body composition, physical fitness and physical self-conception, well-being of high school girls. The subjects of this study were 42 high school girls in Na Ju. Results of this study were as following. First, participate in health-related training of high school girls reduced body fat, and increased muscle size. Second, the durability, flexibility, muscle strength, and agility of physical fitness factors of high school girls were increased. Third, the positive perception on the importance of physical valuable factor among physical self-conception factors was higher as a function of participate in health-related exercise program. Forth, the satisfaction, self-confidence, happiness and activity factor among sub-factors of well-being was higher as a function of participate in health-related exercise program. In conclusion, the physical self-conception, well-being and physical fitness of high school girls participating in health-related exercise program are generally promoted, and, the importance of regular exercise is highly recognized. Further the study of the health-related exercise program of the girl need to be compose small groups considering individual physical characteristics.
