The 21st century is a cultural diversified one. Recognition and tolerance of cultural identity are the basic wishes of modern people, however, which can't eliminate the cultural clash. To establish a new East-Asian cultural community and improve beneficial cultural interaction between China, Japan and Korea, we must turn to the traditional philosophy of East-Asian culture that is the philosophy of "Harmony". It indicates compatibility of different cultures and coexistence of diversified cultures. Its basic spirit lies in the emphasis of coexistence and coordination of different cultures. "Coexistence" is a harmonic living style based on our realization of dependency and interaction characteristics in mankind, while "coordination", as the prerequisite of "coexistence" emphasizes the responsibility, based on tolerance. In a sense, "coordination" suggests the principle of "moderation". Only if China, Japan and Korea reach this primary common ground will East Asia gain the opportunity of entering a new cultural- fusion era. The up-to-date indication of Chinese, Japanese and Korean cultural popularity is the wave of Japanese and Korean popular cultures in China. The reason is that the Japanese and Korean popular cultures provide Chinese teenagers with certain cultural consumption needs. The similarity of cultural roots in the three countries also contributes to this fashion wave. This demonstration is also the regional reflection of economic globalization. With China's entering WTO, Chinese cultural market will inevitably deepen its opening to the outside world, while at the same time foreign cultural goods will, in large scales, swarm in. However, within a visible period of time, China needn't worry about this, because: first of all, the central government will continue its control on the content of culture, so foreign capital can only directly be introduced into some later parts of the cultural industry; second, WTO only paves the way for the entrance of capital and its operation pattern, as the logic of capital is interest-oriented but not value-oriented; third, cultural communication should possesses an ideal "The world belongs to all" spirit, so that it can eliminate hegemony by tolerating and improve mutual benefits by cooperating. Cultural industry is the most promising industry in the 21st century for the following reasons: first, under the conditions of high tech and numberlization, a balance between material demand and spiritual demand has become the essential condition for the survival and development of human society. It has became an important condition for the healthy development of human society to develop cultural industry and meet the spiritual needs of people with richer spiritual cultural goods. Second, with the development of social productive forces and the gradually sufficient of material life, people have more free time, which will surely increase the need of spiritual cultural consumption. Third, in the new time, capital form has changed dramatically. The single currency capital is gradually giving way to various capital forms such as currency capital, cultural capital, and symbolized capital, among which the cultural capital has become a vital standard of measuring the comprehensive power of a country or a region. Last, according to the global industrial structure and the economic development trend, cultural industry in the developing countries has a huge potentiality, which hasn't been brought into full play now because the speed of their cultural industry marketlization is comparatively low and their management is relatively weaker. Japan, Korea and China differ in their development stages. Japan has stepped into the post-industry age and Korea is a newly developing country while China is a great developing country, rapidly growing. So the three countries can complement each other in their economic structure. As for the cultural industry, Japan and Korea are now comparatively more prosperous. China is weaker in this field because of its short history. However, China is believed as the largest market in the 21st century. Therefore, there is a wide prospect in enhancing cooperation in cultural industry. In the human history, the geographic closing has once been the approach for people to communicate, as well as the convenient place for different countries to carry out wars for resources. But when man walking into an age of informationlization and economic globalization, the meaning of resource snatching is decreasing. The prosperous of a country lies more in its creativity of culture, intelligence, science and technology. Over the past decades, China, Japan and Korea have achieved great accomplishments in their economy, which has won unanimous recognition in the world. In the new century, it is necessary for them to enhance cooperation so as to open up a new frontier for the renaissance of Asian culture.
