Report Errors

This study aims to analyze four major research questions. First, it emphasizes the importance of culture industry in order to enhance the competitiveness of the country. Second it investigates the rationale for the intervention of government to the cultural industry by reviewing two theories called cultural imperialism and cultural network. Third, it diagnoses the current status of culture industry in Korea and analyses the reason why culture industry in Korea is not full in blossom. Finally, it concludes by suggesting the alternatives for future direction of culture industry in Korea.
