The purpose of this study is to present basic material for the establishment of efficient and rational business strategies with the searching for a correct direction for Health Club's development by looking over an expectation & interest degree of Health Club customers on a trainer concerning his/her humanity, competence, leadership, facility management, and appearance aspect and then looking into what's the influence of customers' expectation for the trainer on their re-purchasing(re-registration) intention. As the subject of sampling for this research, total 500 population composed of men and women, above the age of 20, from the 5 Health Clubs located in Pohang city, Gyeongbuk province, in 2007, was selected, and an effective sample number was total 500 copies(100%). The results of analysis can be summarized as follows: In a difference of an expectation factor for trainer in accordance with age, academic background, income level, and job of the subjects, there was a highly significant difference in the appearance phase, and in that according to their personal exercise career, there was a significant difference in the appearance and facility management. On the other hand, it's found that the higher the interest degree of Health Club's trainer was, the higher the re-purchase intention was, and the higher the expectation degree of facility management factor, the higher the re-purchasing intention was too. Putting these conclusions together, it's judged that the expectation and interest degree for a trainer could be a factor having a decisive influence on the re-purchasing intention, and as a successful business condition, the strengthening of human service by a trainer is positively necessary.
