This study’s purpose is to identify the effect of expectation for Personal trainer, customer satisfaction and re-purchasing. For doing this, I have done a comparative analysis of disparity between expectation for personal trainer, customer satisfaction and re-purchasing in survey. People, who are personal training members of countryside ten fitness centers, selected as subjects from January until March 2012. It sampled 350 people using convenience sampling. But the number of using a final analysis is 331 people. It was ruled half-hearted answering out of final analysis. This study used a measure by questionnaire. The questionnaire is confirmed the validity of it as a meeting of experts, a preliminary inspection and a factorial analysis. The reliability of the results of questionnaire shows comparatively high by a=. 755~.846. The process for statistical treatment put to use in the program of SPSS 18.0 - a reliability analysis, a factorial analysis, F-verification, a variable analysis and a multiple regression analysis. As above, this study draws conclusions from the method and the procedure for this.
Firstly, the individual peculiarities of personal training members is distinguished from their expectation, customer satisfaction and re-purchasing.
Secondly, an expectation of personal trainer has effect on customer satisfaction and re-purchasing.
Thirdly, a customer satisfaction of personal training members has effect on re-purchasing.
