Jeju city supports small and medium industry upbringing funds. So the purpose of this study is to measure the impact of pervasive effect through using economical method that how help and exert to local business and economy which the small and medium industry upbringing funds.
The mainly analyzed contents are three things, First, we look into the present condition of small and medium industry upbringing funds that be supported by Jeju city. Second, we look into whether the funds help to small and medium industry through questionnaire. Three, we analysis of Jeju economy's pervasive effect by small and medium industry upbringing funds support, and through this analysis we will measure the funds that how much influence exert to regional economy like pervasive effect of product, employment, income
The general effect analysis of Jeju province's regional industry economy by small and medium industry upbringing funds financing is analyzed by product induction effect, income induction effect, employment induction effect on the assumption that the whole financing support funds will invest to that industry through Jeju province’s industry-related model. We make a generalization of each induction effect, so each induction effects divide into self effect and related effect, and considerate year classification and inter-industry's relation.
The feature of this study is two things. First, we try to analyze the impact of regional economy by the public money (like a small and medium, industry upbringing funds). Second, this study also analysed by simultaneously with questionnaire and industry-related analysis model.
