This thesis is the following research of “ The Study on different versions of 〈WheesaengJeon〉”. And also, it is going to introduce and study on manuscripts of 〈WheesaengJeon> which recently came across.
The study on manuscripts of 〈WheesaengJeon> were clarified that the Lim’s manuscript is not a good material for research. Because the Lim’s manuscript which Lim, Hyeongtak’s procession, has several proofs. First, there is different title of work. And second, there were many miswritten words. Finally, there were many poems but these contain a lot of mistakes in contents and forms. It shows that there are many limits of Lim’s manuscript.
By the way, it is not the final goal which trying setting up the foundation for appreciating the work. There is a good possibility that newly will discover manuscripts of 〈WheesaengJeon〉. For example, there are a 〈WheesaengJeon〉 written Korean and 〈WheesaengJeon〉 in『Hangoldong』version. The study on 〈WheesaengJeon〉, a wishful thinking, should be proceeded deep and wide.
