As mentioned above, I studied the position of philosophy which can be a help to the concept establishment. When the term of physical education is used by the body activity, It is possible to use the term of physical education, but when the term of physical education is scientifically used, It is impossible to use that. With the change of situation recently, the research about the concept has been briskly progressed, but the concept that physical education is main and that education is main will be clearly classified.
1) The characteristic of naturalism is firstly that any existence which is existent exists in the area of material nature. Secondly the nature is the source of all worth. Namely there is no worth out of nature. Thirdly it is better important a individual than society. This means that the concept of society agrees to realizing democracy, but naturalism says that what you form society is a individual, society don't exist out of a individual.
2) The characteristic of pragmatism lays emphasis on not teacher or curriculum, but student. The freedom of children has a great something to do with the social involvement of society or curriculum. If we want children to develop their originality or the attitude of self-reliance. The freedom like above can more quickly and enough develop their one. So the pragmatic position offer many merits about the special area. If you realize the educational possibility, Education will be a lesson that can't put aside in curriculum. It can offer a great power to achieve pragmatic role by combining with what it subdivides in the whole area in accordance with the demand and interest of learner. The general concept of sport used in the advanced country recently and the term of physical activity means human's body activity. That is, if you understand it in the human's movement, the side that is in agreement with can exist.
In the future, until naming concretely the term of physical education there will be many adverse criticisms, but I think that the deep research is necessary by a scholar who studies humane and society studies.
