It is necessary to seek the substantial policy for solving digital divide that spreads for our society as soon as possible. Internet saemaulundong is applied to policy for solving economic and social gap and digital divide by the practice policy of new solving digital divide from samaulundong of the past that sought for solving distinction between rich and poor, with the spirit of saemaulundong, information, communication and technology. Under this circumstance, this paper analyzed the influence factors of internet saemaulundong for solving digital divide. Major statistical methods to analyze the influence factors of internet saemaulundong were the multiple regression. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, the level of informationalization is important influence factor to internet saemaulundong for solving digital divide. Second, the result that the influence factor of the information resources operation has an effect on the solving digital divide is very suggestive to basis strengthening of internet saemaulundong and policy of the information resources operation of individuals. Third, the information cooperation system has an effect on the solving digital divide. Forth, the side of joint application is emphasize in the next step by the information joint that be stressed in the variable of information cooperation system. Fifth, influence factors by individual characteristics have an effect on the information gap. This results implies that it is necessary to devise various strategies on the possibility of enlargement application of internet saemaulundong by the analysis of influence factors of internet saemaulundong.
