Productive Internet use is now becoming a single most important activity for senior citizens to maintain the quality of life. The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of planned behavior of senior citizens toward using internet. This study employ the intention to use internet, perceived value of internet, internet selfefficacy, cost for internet access, autonomy in internet use, subjective norms, and encouragement as major research variables, and collected 713 survey responses from senior citizens over 55. The results indicate that the perceived value of internet and internet self-efficacy influence the intention to use internet, and that internet selfefficacy, autonomy in internet use, subjective norms, and encouragement has some impact on the perceived value of internet. It was also found that the cost for internet access, subjective norms, and encouragement determines the level internet self-efficacy. As a conclusion, some policy suggestions concerning the digital divide of senior citizens are presented.
