This research examines the cause and effect of enactment of conflict resolution device between nations while paying close attention to the resolution's growing tendency to standardization and normalization in the post cold war era. The following conclusions were made from the study on the cause and effect of enactment of international conflict resolution:
1. The impartiality in dealing with the conflicting issues between nations can be more effectively promoted in following through the standards and norms than if they were left to follow their own subjective proceedings in the absence of standards and norms.
2. In the case of conflict, if they follow through a given regulation, it results in transactional cost savings, Profit distribution, and many other benefits in the view of international relations, in particular, in the view of preparing for the uncertainty of the future.
3. The growing global conflicts arising from unconventional security issues in the post cold war era, and that such conflicts are boundary-less in nature, propelled the formulation of the enactment of international conflict resolution. Such conflict is increasing the need for the global cooperation.
The enactment for the need for resolution devices for international conflicts is increasing in demand in today's international relations, and that it is more useful than any other mechanism to realistically settle conflicts. Therefore, it is a subject to be studied to discover the factors that are essential in gaining impartiality of the devices that resolution international conflicts through examining empirical instances of enactment that wholly protect the impartiality.
