This study is find out characteristics of surface components factor in geography of color. And the purpose of this study is understanding with natural environment and artificial environment of geography of color in surface structure. The surface structure composites natural environment and artificial environment. Natural environment components factors are solar radiation intensity, geography of location and tree, leaves, soil, rock, sky and sea. Artificial environment components factors are buildings, streets and structures. The building in artificial environment components are roof, Wall, window-frame, door, window and components of street are block, street light, over bridge and street furniture facilities. Also the structure components are bridge, reinforced retaining wall, breakwaters. Analogized as square the natural environmental and artificial environment components factors and then converted numerical value. This kind of method is more efficient than existing color pallet of main, sub and accent colors. For the next study is that we can consider the relation between surface structure and deep structure for deciding to choose the color of the structure.
