The purpose of this study is to give and analyze the tasks and goal of cooperative trade relationship among Northeastern countries. Chinese market, the second largest export market of Korean firms already has been changed as first market instead of US market. The future of Korean export and import business will be deeply influenced and depended on China's market fluctuation. After China's join with WTO, a flood of cheap Chinese product import will be increased in all of Northeastern countries. The pressure of China putting on the regional economy will be real and enormous and China's economic power will destroy some of Asian firms as a competitors. In order to solve the problems of trading business among Northeastern Asian countries, we need a special control system between these nations and a progressive new trade relationship must be accomplished as a FTA system as well as new green marketing system. This paper will suggest the basic attitude of cooperative relationship and the tasks and goal which can overcome practical problems of among these nations.
