These days, our society requires people who are competent, creative and unruffled in the world wide competitive society regardless the gender.
The task of our education is to make it possible for everyone show their ability and take the role for social development in the variety and widely changing society. However our education couldn't have planted the recognition frame about male and female genders into the youth in the right way focusing much on the biological sex aspect established for the long time so that they couldn't get the educational environment which could make their potential characteristics fully revealed The education of the day has the responsibility to correct the sex culture of the teenagers, educate them about the gender roles in the social relationship and the gender identity besides the physical and biological aspect of it and plant the sex conscientiousness based on the gender equality.
For this purpose, we need to break the stereotype about the gender roles deeply planted in the conscientiousness of the social members and in the social system. To achieve this goal, we need to analyze and criticize not only the government education but also the educational conscientiousness of the parents involved in the family, the teachers involved in the school and the christian education, The gender equality is the problem to rear the people with the equality more than to educate it. Because The Creed of God in a relationship between man and woman is to live at equal position. To make such conscientiousness change, the mission school, the christian educational field, should take the head first with the support of the whole understanding about the social change structure.
