Lots of storekeepers hold on a lease to do business without their own building. Therefore a leaseholder{storekeeper) and landlord who the parties concerned in a lease contract can't help being status of the weak and the strong position. Therefore it needs legal basis to protect leaseholder. and some Non-Government Organization insist on legislating for Business Building Lease Protection Act to protect unfair relationship between landlord and leaseholder for a long time. Finally, The Business Building Lease Protection Act was enacted and enforced on November. 1, 2002.
The Business Building Lease Protection Act apply to the case that a main part of a leased building is used for a purpose of business. But this Business Building Lease Protection Act has lots of problems with the consequence to be adjustment.
Therefore this thesis studies on some problems the Business Building Lease Protection Act already carried out. This study takes aim for investigating the methods of improvement in Business Building Lease Protection Law.
When these problems are solved, the social and economical weak in business building lease were protected positively, and this act for stability of economic life of a lease coincides with accomplish it's purpose. I hope that this paper will be significant in protecting their rights of business building lease.
