The purpose of this study is to investigate a new Worship Form which express college worship more effectively based on variety of audience. To expose college's identity which intends Christian religion college or is Christian religion college must emphasize to college Worship. Also, it is eternal subject of Christian religion college that must operate college worship effectively in spite of it can't assure that is assurance college Worship itself exposes Christian college's identity. But, college Worship that do existing has much problems of students' interest and interest induction. A reason that college Worship fails to take students' interest and interest induction is first, it has to attend compulsorily, but college Worship has by voluntary attendance of students. Second, most of students who has college Worship are not a believer. Third, it is strong that the center of college Worship is consisted of preaching only by a chaplain and at the same time missionary work is strong in college Worship. We need more effective form for students' interest induction t cope these difficulty in college Worship. It is a new college Worship Form based on students' variety. In fact, a target of college Worship is a student. We must understand students' variety in college Worship to become effective college Worship first. Students is who has expressing Worship different. We must recognize their various personality and thinking, and sense of values. This is to recognize students' variety. So, we propose a new Worship Form based on students' variety by expedient to express college Worship more effectively in this Study.
