It has shocked the country that China is supporting national research groups to take Goguryeo out of Korean history and put it into Chinese history. Several Chinese historians already tried to do this, but the seriousness lies in that this time the research on Goguryeo is under Governmental and systematic performance. It also has been developing to political problem between two nations. To make Goguryeo belong to Chinese history, Chinese historians take Goguryeo out of Korean history and put it into Chinese local government denying Goguryeo relations with Old Joseon and Goryeo. Despite all of their efforts, Chinese historical documents prove that Goguryeo was a foreign country to China, so called Dongyi. This shows that ancient Chinese identified Goguryeo as another nation by another people. In addition, Chinese mistakenly located Goguryeo in Hyeondogun in China by confusing Goguryeo in Korea and Goguryeohyeon of Hyundogun, which was conquered by Goguryeo on 33rd year of King Yuri. Huhanseo Yejon says that Ye and Okjeo, Goguryeo were all in Joseons territory. It claims that Goguryeo was founded in Old Joseon territory as continuation of old Joseon. Along with this, the fact that Goguryeo shared its identity, language, laws, and customs with Buyeo, East Okjeo, and Ye proves that these countries were from dame people.
