Now the stair height in building design is considered to comply with the building law and be applied to made to general detail plan s measure. However, Stair in modern building is very important as its complex function as well as simple function plays great role helping people stay physical balance and especially going up stairs in exercise concept.
Although lots of study about stair has been making considering human physical features partially, it is not enough to satisfy the better stair environment conditions for people to use it yet.
Therefore this is an experimental study about changing of pulse and blood pressure according to human physical fatigue in going up stairs because in case exceeding maximum blood pressure and pulse scope it can be able to work more dangerously in life than physical balance. Consequently the aim of this study is to consider about stairs table measure and offer fundamental materials for better nice stair space plan, based on survey about changing of pulse and blood pressure according to the difference of stair height in going up stairs of building.
1) When the experiment is progressed stepwise divided objects of the experiment into infants, elementary students, secondary school students, adults and the old, it is possible to calculate the appropriate measure about the stair height and stair width to each user for all kinds of buildings.
2) While exercising especially, continued diverse trial for calculating the appropriate measure of stairs considered the change scope of pulse and blood pressure, it is thought that we can gain fresh space constitution regarding the human technological aspect.
3) Form including going up stairs og buildings in the range of exercise, it come to the conclusion to be able to use for material, based on this.
