In the above study, the rapid digitization of society has led to the rise of the need to change the work environment through digital collaboration tools, compress space-time, and design new workspaces. This study focuses on creating an efficient work environment by integrating the coworking space design and hypertext properties. Research methods include identifying the spatial features of coworking spaces and hypertext through historical research review, theoretical review, and case study analysis. Known for its flexibility, shared resources, and community orientation, coworking spaces are ideal for new workspaces strategies. Key design elements include open layouts, collaboration zones, and personal spaces. Characterized by nonlinearity, interactivity, no boundaries, and multiplicity, hypertext complements existing workspaces design. Integrating hypertext principles into the coworking space improves functionality and adaptability. Through nonlinearity, diverse work paths, interactivity, participation are increased, boundaryless barriers are broken down, and different work styles are supported. This study concludes that combining co-working space elements and hypertext attributes can create efficient and effective work environments, meet the needs of modern workers, and leverage digital collaboration tools.
