The purpose of this study is to clarify the causal relationship between the revisit intention according to the selection attributes of local restaurants located in Yeosu, Jeollanam-do, to understand the consumer sentiment of customers using local food, and to present practical implications for the marketing planning and development of the local food-related restaurant industry.
In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted on customers who have used local restaurants located in Yeosu, Jeollanam-do. The survey period was conducted from October 20, 2022 to November 3, 2022, by self-study method, and 300 copies of the questionnaire were distributed to collect 286 copies and 270 copies were used for analysis, excluding 16 copies of unfaithful. The analysis method used in this study used frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, simple correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis to verify the effect of local restaurant selection attributes on revisit intention. The empirical analysis results for this study hypothesis are summarized as follows. Looking at the effect of the selection attribute on the revisit intention, the explanatory power explained 43.4%, and the significance probability was .000, indicating that the regression equation was statistically significant. In addition, quality/taste, health/nutrition, and human service were found to have a positive (+) effect as variables that influence the revisit intention by the significance of the t-value to determine the significance of each factor of the selection attribute.
